The Equi sauna works with the same strength as human grade Red light therapy saunas to provide ultimate muscular repair and drying results.

With 400 LEDs ( cold laser ) and 5 X 250Ws INFRARED heat lamps. The Equi Sauna provides the best of both worlds with both the benefits of LEDs. As well as conventional equine solarium heat lamps for drying the horse.
LEDS (low level cold laser) light is passed though the horses flesh changing into electrical current, drawing large amounts of blood to the area. Energizing the cells simulating the bodies natural process to build new proteins and regenerate cells. Helping to speed up the bodies healing and recovery rate. Because of this LED or red light therapy may help with reducing inflammation, pain management, activating acupuncture points, enzyme release and healing time and management of such conditions;
Kissing spine, tendon and ligament injuries, small wounds, hoof abscess, sore and tight muscles, torn or strained muscles, skin irritations, arthritis, stiffness etc. LEDs are cold to the touch and emit no heat, meaning they can be used all year round and up to 34deg.
INFRARED HEAT lamps emit heat waves for drying the horse after washing etc.. Heat lamps are warm to the touch and can also be turned off during the warmer months. Please refer to Product Guide and T&Cs before purchase.
DETAILS:
The Equi Sauna is comprised of three Panels. Two red light and infrared light panels, and one infrared heat lamp panel. Each panel is connected by a steal frame and can be hung with the D shackle 5m chain provided. It is recommended that the Equi Sauna is hung 1-1.5ms above the horse on an angle of 10-30 degrees. Angling upward towards the horse’s head, to allow light to reach the length of the horse.
Simply plug in unit with timer attachment, then turn timer for desired run time and your Equi Sauna is ready for use. The timer will automatically turn unit off once it has completed the selected run time. (NO ELECTRICAN REQUIRED)
Each panel has a RED isolating switch allowing panels to be turned off individually. That can be found at the back of the panel. It is recommended for the heat lamp panel to be turned off during the warmer months. Or above 30deg. For optimum results use the Equi Sauna LEDs for 7-45min for warm up and cool down. The Heat lamps can also be used for warming and cooling the horse but in warmer temperature we recommend only using them to dry the horse. As the heat lamps emit heat. They will warm and rise the horses natural body temperature.
